By using AIToHuman you agree to these terms. The service checks text for signs of AI writing and rewrites it. Results are estimates, not guarantees: no tool can promise how another detector will score a text.

You keep the rights to everything you submit, and you are responsible for using the output lawfully and honestly, including your school's or employer's rules. Don't use the service to break the law, harm others or overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing, taxes and payment questions. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time from billing.

If you're not happy, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the charge if you haven't used that period's words.

To ask for a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt or email support@aitohuman.app. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle.

We collect your email address (through our sign-in provider, Clerk), the texts you submit and your usage. We use them only to run the service, keep your history and bill you. We don't sell your data or use your texts to train models.

Texts are encrypted at rest. Signed-out checks are not stored. Payments are handled by Paddle; we never see your card details. You can delete any saved text from your history, or delete your account to erase all of your data.
